and I still haven't lost any more weight. I was 220 this morning, but since last weeks snow storm I haven't done anything to help me loose the weight.
Today would have been my Dad's 75 birthday, so I am having a hard time doing anything. He was killed three years ago in a car accident, people who do not stop for red lights and stop signs should have to listen to a tape of my Mom when the police came to the door. Over and Over and Over again.
I miss you Dad, every day.

Let it Snow
The only exercise I have gotten the last couple of days is dressing the girls to go out and play in the snow. Starting on Wednesday afternoon we have received rain, sleet, ice and then 6-8 inches of snow. I haven't gone out with a ruler yet to measure for an exact total. So no school for the past two days, no driving unless necessary because the snow on top of the ice makes for really stupid drivers. I have been cross stitching, passion #2 and sitting in front of the wood stove making sure it keeps burning. I will go outside and play with the DDs in a few minutes and take pictures because, living here in Kansas it is very possible that the snow will be gone tomorrow.
